Do I get to see my design before you print?
Custom apparel orders receive a digital mockup or production proof as appropriate before the order is released to production.
How fast will I get my order?
Turnaround depends on the product, quantity, artwork readiness and current production schedule. DTF transfers show their turnaround options directly in the DTF order builder.
What file types do you accept?
Transparent PNG, print-ready PDF, and vector files such as AI, EPS or SVG are preferred depending on the service. If your file is not ready, ask about design help.
Do DTF transfers have a minimum order?
Individual ready-to-press DTF transfers do not have a minimum. Gang sheet sizes and prices are shown in the DTF order builder.
Can you help if my artwork is not ready?
Yes. Jdeezine offers artwork cleanup, resizing, rebuilding and custom graphic design services.
What is the minimum for screen printing?
Screen printing minimums depend on the project. Send the quantity and artwork through the quote form and we will recommend the best production method.
Do you ship or is it local pickup only?
Jdeezine supports local pickup and shipping. Available fulfillment details are confirmed with the order.
How do I pay?
Payment method depends on the order type. Print products use Wix checkout. DTF transfer orders are reviewed and invoiced after submission. Custom orders are quoted before production.
What is a DTF transfer?
DTF is a full-color transfer that is heat applied to compatible garments. Jdeezine offers ready-to-press transfers and gang sheets for customers with a heat press.
What is a gang sheet?
A gang sheet places multiple designs on one larger DTF sheet. Jdeezine gang sheets are 22 inches wide and are offered in several lengths.
